who is amon?

this is my opinion  and i would love for you to comment yours but i think amon is jet that might not be possible because some say jet dies in the episode lake lagoui or he might not live that long but i think that because he was not a bender and both his parents dies when he was 8 years old?!?!?!? i guess we will have to wait and see. (BTW: I think korra and mako are a awesome couple)
